Standing for Help to Our Community, H2O Community is a program designed to provide monetary aid to customers who are struggling to pay their monthly utility bill, which includes water, wastewater, storm water, and solid waste services. We have partnered with The Salvation Army of Marion, Indiana (a non-profit organization) to establish this opportunity for qualifying candidates to receive financial assistance made possible by donations of giving partners, as well as fundraising initiatives throughout the community.
